I’m Barak Yisrael, founder of Apex Movement Elite, a licensed massage therapist, certified neuromuscular therapist, and personal trainer since 2018. My massage-therapy training began in 2021, and I’ve built my approach around understanding how movement, muscular tension, mobility, and recovery work together. Through customized massage therapy, deep-tissue work, sports recovery, cupping, assisted stretching, PNF, and corrective movement, I’ve helped clients relieve tension, improve mobility, recover from demanding workouts, build strength, and move with greater confidence. My mission goes beyond providing temporary relief. I want every client to better understand their body, address the source of their limitations, and receive personalized care that supports lasting progress. Cancellation Policy
Apex Movement Elite requires at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened or treated as a no-show. Emergencies will be considered individually. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
